Infants and ToddlersProgram (6 weeks - 23 months)
Develope and reinforce each infant individuality. Children participate in sensory-base learning experiences, while receiving positive and nurturing guidance.
Since every moment with an infant is precious we coo, cuddle, rock and do everything possible to bond with your baby and develop a sense of trust. Through simple games like peek-a-boo, our loving teachers begin the foundational work for later learning and help infants grow in areas like:
•Motor Skill Development — grasping, clutching, movement
•Sensory Development — touching, feeling, listening
•Play and Rest
At Giggle Box Learn N Play, we take care to provide our customers high quality services personalized for their unique needs. We are available to schedule interviews Mon - Friday. Our staff members are professional, courteous and efficient.
Our toddlers are offered a variety of opportunities to explore their world through play. Gross motor skills and social skills are developed through both structured and unstructured play. As toddlers develop friendships, self-esteem, and curiosity, our program will help them explore their world in a safe and nurturing environment. Their days are filled with music, art, dance, story time and more.
Since toddlers are learning their independence we support the following skills:
Social
•Imitating and responding to the words and actions of others
•Identifying and naming familiar items
•Engaging in conversations using pictures and puppets
•Following simple directions and asking questions
Emotional
•Learning to understand and express emotions appropriately
•Developing strong listening skills through storytelling
•Interacting with peers in a group setting

•Crawling, jumping, running, kicking, and tossing
•Gaining enhanced eye-hand coordination through writing, drawing,
and lacing shoes

•Learning cause and effect through trial and error with musical instruments
Preschool (Ages 3-4) / Before & After School Care
Although it may seem like fun and games to preschoolers, the curriculum we follow is packed with educational elements. Games abound that teach pre-reading skills like phonemic awareness and letter and sound recognition; basic math concepts, and hands-on science exploration.
Before and After Care children are given a quiet environment for homework and projects. Crafts, game and physical activities are also provided.
